Pulary 5D MMRP Security Coder can be traced back, if original bill & Coder reference numbers are preserved and had already been registered on Propsecurity.net, as per our instruction immediately after purchase. In the event of a dispute over the coded document, for a fee; our legal service team can provide the details via the local court. This is to protect the true original purchaser and to assure the request is legally valid. On Purchase the coders must be registered on propsecurity.net immediately.
If the law of the land permits, any court anywhere in the world conducting a case, can ask for details through the High court at Chennai. This is a condition, so that our liabilities are protected at all times by the courts. We will submit the details via High court at chennai only to ensure the details requested are as per law and to be used only for legal purpose, sanctioned by a court in that country.

After receipt of the document from the registrar, take macro color photographs of the coded page from at least three angles under strong light. Copy this on to a DVD/CD. Protect it by a password and scramble it for security. Keep it in a safe locker separate from where you keep your regular documents. This is your master copy. DO NOT TAKE COPY OF THIS AND GIVE ANYONE. Repeat do not give copies from this Photograph. Keep your original in a separate locker.

After the coding and registration, is over, the final step is to log on to propsecurity.net and register your document details for additionalprotection. These details are made available to the courts, in the event of any dispute, if the order is processed through the High court in Chennai.This is only to make sure that the details requested are for genuine legal purpose to be used only in a court.
CAUTION:
Take only a black and white- repeat black and white low-resolution photocopy - and mark “ office copy” in red/green ink. This is your office copy, only for your office use. When you are mandated to submit a copy for any purpose, take a further black and white photo copy, from your office copy, and submit the same. Never submit a color Photocopy of any document.
IMPORTANT:
Keep the code number you obtained from the CD & the original bill, in the locker. Please do not allow it to be with the regular bills and files circulating in your office. You might need it in future, if you have a dispute over the said document or possession.
A PUBLIC APPEAL TO EVERYONE IN AUTHORITY. We appeal to the police and everyone in Authority not to demand to see the original or take color photocopies of the original on a perceived fault or the slightest doubt. We find from experience that these copies after initial use are left in some file or open office, unprotected, compromising the security and ownership of the document. How safe are they from photocopying, scanning, Digital cameras high-speed Internet or camera phones these days in any office?
We request you to ask for a black and white photo copy/ scanned copy only after affixing Pulary 5D MMRP Security Coder. This will serve your investigation without putting the document and the ownership at risk. You might in addition to this, call for a certified copy from the concerned Government Registration office, where the said document was registered. These two documents together will establish the real ownership of the document. You still retain the right to inspect the original if you are not satisfied with these two documents.
We request this procedure so that if the submitted document copy to you is lost or misplaced from any public or private office, the finder cannot misuse or create a new document out of this copy. The chances of vital documents, belonging to public being lost or stolen from such Public offices are very high and the security for these documents are not adequate in most of the offices worldwide, taking into consideration today’s high resolution gadgets and the equipments in most of these offices.
We have also come across several instances when very valuable documents that are mandated to be presented for inspection, for doubtful reasons and held up for several years are returned soiled, damaged, mutilated or replaced, putting the owners to great hardship and loss, which could have been avoided with a little care from the Authorities concerned.

Affixed or used coders will not be replaced, due to
the nature of the coder. The Purchaser/user must
expressly understand and agree that the Company
shall not be liable for any direct, indirect,
incidental, special, consequential or exemplary
damages, including but not limited to, damages for
loss Of profits, goodwill, use, data or other
intangible losses.
Our
liability is limited to free replacement of
defective manufactured coders, only when the
original invoice, unused coders in original packing
and the original coded & numbered CD, is handed
over to our office in the original packing at
Chennai. India.
